Film Heritage Foundation presented the Lifetime Achievement Award to Virchand Dharamsey for his extraordinary dedication as a chronicler of the fragile history of India’s silent cinema. The award was presented by renowned filmmaker, writer, lyricist and poet Gulzarsaheb at the opening ceremony of the 7th Film Preservation & Restoration Workshop India 2022 on Sunday, December 04th, 2022 at Regal Cinema, Mumbai.
